Shipping Policy:
Orders shipped UPS Ground will typically ship the next business day, however this is not guaranteed. Next Day Air and 2 Day Air is only available by calling Customer Service at 1-678-762-1100 and confirming a shipping date and cost. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated during checkout and before confirming your order. A handling fee of $2.25 is applied to all orders. Standard UPS shipping within the United States will typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may take slightly longer.

Brainy Baby® products can only be shipped within the United States. We're sorry but we cannot ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

Brainy Baby® cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. There must be a Street Address for UPS to deliver the items.

Orders to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All other orders within the United States will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS).
